Buyers may cancel a standard buy request at any time before it is accepted by a seller. Once a request is accepted or an offer is placed and confirmed in the Bid Zone, it enters secure processing and cannot be cancelled.

Buyers may cancel a standard buy request at any time before it is accepted by a seller. Once a request is accepted or an offer is placed and confirmed in the Bid Zone, it enters secure processing and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds are only issued if a seller fails to deliver the committed goods or if the items delivered are verified to be significantly different from the description. All refund requests must be initiated through the platform dispute mechanism.
BuyLo secures buyer funds in escrow. Payment is not released to the seller until delivery is completed and verified. In case of disputes, funds are held securely until the issue is reviewed and resolved by our administration.
To raise a claim for a refund, the buyer must flag the issue via the Dispute button on the transaction page within 48 hours of delivery. BuyLo admin will evaluate claims from both parties before deciding on refund approval.
Once a refund is approved by BuyLo admin, it will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer or gateway source) within 5 to 7 business days. Gateway processing charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.
